1August 31st, 2014 - Jon Mitchell took his #5 HealthCare Express/KHP Racing Engines/MasterSbilt Super Late Model into battle in a pair of P&W Sales Southern United Professional Racers (SUPR) in Texas and Louisiana.

Action opened on Saturday night with a $2,000-to-win race at Lonestar Speedway (Kilgore, Texas). Jon charged from the back of his heat race to finish third, locking him into the fifth starting spot for the feature event. In the main event Mitchell advanced a single spot to finish fourth behind race winner, Tyler Erb, Rob Litton, and Ronny Adams.

Sunday evening found the team pitted at Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi) for a $2,000-to-win, P&W Sales SUPR event at the gumbo oval. With eighteen entries in the pit area, Jon won his heat race to earn the pole position for the finale. In the feature Mitchell settled to a runner- up finish behind fellow front-row starter, and eventual race winner, Robbie Stuart. Clay Fisher, Timothy Culp, and Chris Huckabay rounded out the top five.

1August 23rd, 2014 - Jon Mitchell returned to the seat of his #5 Team 5 Enterprise/HealthCARE Express Open Wheel Modified for a single for an event at Boothill Speedway (Greenwood, Louisiana) on Saturday night. Jon went into battle against a field of twenty-four entries at the 1/4 mile oval. He starting his outing by winning his heat race to earn the pole position for the 20 lap feature event. In the finale Mitchell led wire-to-wire to score his eighth victory of the season, earning $900 for his efforts. 1August 16th, 2014 - Jon Mitchell and Team 5 Enterprise traveled to Batesville Motor Speedway (Locust Grove, Arkansas) over the weekend for the 22nd Annual COMP Cams Topless 100 presented by Crop Production Services.

The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) and the Lucas Oil presents the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS), sanctioned the $40,000-to-win program that drew a field of sixty-three entries to the 3/8 mile oval.

Struggles in time trials left Jon starting eighth in the fourth heat race. He advanced to a sixth place finish, but that wasn't enough to lock him into the 100 lap finale and he would have to run a b-main. Mitchell advanced to a sixth place finish in his b-main on Saturday, but only the top two finishers advanced to the feature, bringing his weekend to an early end.

1August 9th, 2014 - Jon Mitchell entered a single $2,000-to-win, P&W Sales Southern United Professional Racers (SUPR) race on Saturday night at Battleground Speedway (Highlands, Texas).

A field of nineteen entries took part in the program, and after winning his heat race he earned the third starting spot for the feature. In the main event Mitchell would manage a second place finish behind race winner, Ronny Adams. Rob Litton, Patrik Daniel, and Tyler Erb rounded out the top five finishers.

1August 2nd, 2014 - Team 5 Enterprise made a triumphant return to COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) competition on Friday night at Diamond Park Speedway (Nashville, Arkansas). The $2,000-to-win program drew a field of twenty-three Super Late Models to the 3/8 mile oval, and Jon drew the third starting spot for the second heat race. He went on to win his heat race to lock into the pole position for the 30 lap feature event with Brandon Smith alongside.

Mitchell won the drag race to turn one over Smith and never looked back, leading wire-to-wire for his seventh victory of the season aboard his #5 HealthCare Express/KHP Racing Engines/MasterSbilt Super Late Model. Jack Sullivan, Kyle Beard, Brandon Smith, and Austin Rettig completed the top five finishers.

Saturday night found the team pitted at I-30 Speedway (Little Rock, Arkansas), as twenty-six Super Late Models converged on the 1/4 mile. The CCSDS event boosted a $2,000 top prize, and Jon fell short of locking to the feature via heat race action, sending him to a b-main. He finished second in the b-main behind Shannon Scott to lock into the sixteenth starting spot, before ultimately retiring to a nineteenth place finish in the 40 lap finale.
