Jon Mitchell sweeps in Late Model and Limited Mod at Super Bee

Jon Mitchell invaded Super Bee Speedway (Chatham, La.) on Saturday afternoon to compete in his Crate Racin’ USA Late Model and Limited Modified.

Pulling off a clean sweep in both divisions, Mitchell outran Wyatt Wilkerson in his Late Model heat and feature to capture his third win of the season and a $1,000 prize.

For the Limited Modified special, Jon topped the 31-car field in time trials before bagging a heat race victory. Racing to his second win of the evening and fourth of the season, Mitchell collected a $3,000 payday ahead of Mark Underwood Jr., Rowdy Day, Carey Eason, and Conner Williams.
