Jon Mitchell visits Ark-La-Tex Speedway for ARMS doubleheader
Friday saw Jon Mitchell return to the Modified ranks for a doubleheader weekend with the American Racing Modified Series (ARMS) at Ark-La-Tex Speedway (Vivian, La.).
Pinned on the eighth row for the opener via a fifth-place outing in his heat race, Jon muscled forward four positions in the 25-lap opener to register a 13th-place finish.
Mitchell's weekend drew to an early close on Saturday after he retired on lap 11 of the feature.
